The patient journey should feel coordinated, not fragmented
Winglet Health was built around a simple observation: the patient journey in specialty care breaks down in the gaps between systems. Referrals get lost. Intake is incomplete. Scheduling is disconnected from preparation. Follow-up doesn't happen. And the tools that exist to solve these problems often solve them in isolation.
We built Winglet to connect those gaps. Not by replacing the EMR or practice management system your team already uses, but by creating a coordination layer that sits on top — handling the handoffs, the communication, the preparation, and the follow-through that existing systems weren't designed to do well.
Our focus is specialty care, starting with ophthalmology, because that's where the referral relationship is most critical and the patient journey is most complex. But the problems we're solving — fragmented workflows, dropped handoffs, incomplete intake, weak follow-up — exist across specialty medicine.

We don't believe in forcing practices to rip out what works. Winglet is designed to complement existing EMR and PM systems, not replace them.
